Orange Pasta
- 500g mince
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- A few cloves of garlic
- 300mL thickened cream (small bottle)
- 250g pasta (half packet)
- 1 can tomatoes (400g)
- 250mL beef stock

Orange Pasta
- Dice mushrooms, garlic, and onion.
- Fry onion and mince.
- Add mushroom and diced garlic, don't fry too long.
- Add tomatoes, cream, and beef stock.
- Combine well and add pasta.
- Lid on or add water to keep it wet — soak up and boil off most of the liquid.
