Omelette

  1. Dice fillings small. Fry in oil until cooked. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. Crack eggs into a jug or bowl, season, and beat well. Add the fried fillings and stir until everything is wet.
  3. Heat pan on medium-high with a little oil or butter.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture and spread it out. Let it set on the bottom.
  5. One flip when the top is mostly set. Cook briefly on the other side.
  6. Slide out and serve with toast.
