Omelette
- 3 eggs
- Onion, diced small
- Mushrooms, diced small
- Ham, diced small
- Cheese
- Oil or butter
- Salt and pepper
- Bread (for toast)

Omelette
- Dice fillings small. Fry in oil until cooked. Set aside in a bowl.
- Crack eggs into a jug or bowl, season, and beat well. Add the fried fillings and stir until everything is wet.
- Heat pan on medium-high with a little oil or butter.
- Pour in the egg mixture and spread it out. Let it set on the bottom.
- One flip when the top is mostly set. Cook briefly on the other side.
- Slide out and serve with toast.
