Fried Rice

  1. Heat a wok or large pan on high until very hot.
  2. Add oil and fry any raw extras (e.g. mushrooms) until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Add a little more oil, crack in the eggs, scramble until just set then break into chunks.
  4. Add the rice, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add ham and cooked extras back in. Toss everything together.
  6. Season with soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
