Fried Rice
- 450g cooked rice (packet)
- 150g shredded ham
- 2 eggs
- Mushrooms (optional)
- Soy sauce
- Oil

Fried Rice
- Heat a wok or large pan on high until very hot.
- Add oil and fry any raw extras (e.g. mushrooms) until cooked. Set aside.
- Add a little more oil, crack in the eggs, scramble until just set then break into chunks.
- Add the rice, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ham and cooked extras back in. Toss everything together.
- Season with soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
