Creamy Chicken and Mushroom (with Pasta or Mash)

  1. Add chicken to well oiled and heated pan.
  2. Sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in batches if necessary. Remove when cooked through.
  4. Turn the pan to low and add butter to deglaze the pan.
  5. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  7. Add the parsley and cook until fragrant.
  8. Add cream to the pan and cook until it has reduced and thickened.
  9. Add parmesan cheese and allow to melt into the cream.
  10. During this time, ensure the potatoes are cooked and ready for mashing.
  11. If having pasta, ensure pasta is cooked and al dente.
  12. Add the chicken to the sauce and allow to heat through while mashing the spuds.
