Creamy Chicken and Mushroom (with Pasta or Mash)

- 800g Chicken (Thighs or Tenderloins)
- Cream (little jar)
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Brown Mushrooms
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Dried Rosemary
- 4 Potatoes (or pasta of choice)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Creamy Chicken and Mushroom (with Pasta or Mash)
- Add chicken to well oiled and heated pan.
- Sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary and salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in batches if necessary. Remove when cooked through.
- Turn the pan to low and add butter to deglaze the pan.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add the parsley and cook until fragrant.
- Add cream to the pan and cook until it has reduced and thickened.
- Add parmesan cheese and allow to melt into the cream.
- During this time, ensure the potatoes are cooked and ready for mashing.
- If having pasta, ensure pasta is cooked and al dente.
- Add the chicken to the sauce and allow to heat through while mashing the spuds.
